CoinStats Cryptocurrency Gifts Program Terms and Conditions

 November 14, 2022

This privacy notice for CoinStats, operated by Inomma LLC, and subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees and/or licensors of Inomma LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), describes how the Cryptocurrency Gifts Program works.

Sender. The CoinStats customer that wishes to send Cryptocurrency to a third party customer (“Sender”) directs that a requested amount (“Requested Amount”) be purchased from a third party crypto payment solution Moonpay. Once the Gift is claimed by the Recipient, the purchased amount of the crypto currency will be deposited into the Recipient’s CoinStats Wallet account.

Once the Sender selects and purchases the Requested Amount and the Cryptocurrency, the Sender is solely responsible for sharing a link to the Gift, and the Recipient can use this shared link to accept the Gift. Sender is solely responsible for sending notification of the Gift to Recipient, and CoinStats will not monitor, approve, or otherwise supervise any communications that Sender directs or makes in connection with the Gift, or if Sender shares the notification of the Gift with an unintended recipient. If the Recipient does accept the Gift within 90 days, the amount of the Gift will expire and will not be returned to the Sender. Senders can not cancel their Gift after creating one.

Recipient. Recipients must affirmatively accept the Gift from CoinStats via the CoinStats app. If Recipient does not accept the Gift within 90 days, the Gift will expire and will not be returned to the Recipient or Sender. Once the Gift is claimed CoinStats will credit the Recipient’s CoinStats Wallet account for the amount of Cryptocurrency gifted based on the Requested Amount and the market price of the Cryptocurrency at the time the Gift is claimed.

Limitations. The Gift is only possible to redeem through CoinStats Wallet. Both Sender and Recipient must be customers of CoinStats to send or receive Gifts. If Recipient receives notification of a Gift from Sender, and Recipient is not a CoinStats customer, Recipient will have to open a CoinStats Wallet account and have a valid Wallet Address. The maximum or minimum Gift amount that a Sender may send or a Recipient may receive may be subject to limitations as determined in Moonpay’s sole discretion. CoinStats reserves the right to not allow eligibility into Cryptocurrency Gifts Program or to cancel any Gift or the cash proceeds deriving from such Gift if CoinStats determines in its sole discretion that there are images or speech in connection with the Gift or a customer’s past Gift that are disparaging, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or violates community standards; or infringes on CoinStats’s intellectual property rights, constitutes a domain name, creates the potential for confusion as to whether the page or content in question is CoinStats, encourages the purchase or sale of any asset, or is otherwise improper. Employees of CoinStats and CoinStats’s affiliates are ineligible for the Cryptocurrency Gifts Program. Other limitations may apply. Any kind of limitation, or disputes are subject to CoinStats Terms and Conditions, and will solely be resolved based on them.
